Founders: Joe & Paula Greenstreet
Joe Greenstreet founded his accounting business in 1974. In 1994, he expanded to Nevada City under the name Broadstreet Business Services. After his wife, Paula Gleicher Greenstreet, joined as a mortgage professional, Joe began training her in tax preparation and tax consultation. In 2004, they merged the mortgage and tax businesses to create Broadstreet Financial Group, which focused on growth and building a dedicated team. When the mortgage business became unsustainable in 2010, Paula pursued her Enrolled Agent designation under Joe’s mentorship for tax representation. Following Joe’s passing from Neuroendocrine cancer in 2018, Paula committed to honoring his legacy by successfully leading Broadstreet Financial.
